We recently stayed at St Johns in Strangford for a family getaway. The house is amazing, with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, plenty of storage, and a well-equipped kitchen. The house was spotless and had thoughtful touches like fresh flowers. It was also warm and cozy, even without using the fire burner. The location in the village was perfect, with a lovely pub nearby. We had a fantastic time exploring the area, including nearby attractions like Castle Ward. We would definitely choose to stay here again.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The house was perfect for our family getaway with large rooms and comfortable beds. The house was spotless and had lovely finishing touches like fresh flowers. The wood for the fire was a bonus and the quality of the linen bedding and towels was high. The location was great for day trips and there was a good choice of food from local shops.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We had a fabulous time at St Johns in Strangford. Booked it for the weekend for my hubbie's 50th birthday. The house was amazing, massive and perfect for our group of 10 adults and teenagers. Bedrooms and bathrooms were huge with plenty of storage. The location was superb, with beautiful beaches close by and lovely walks right on the doorstep. Pub around the corner was a bonus. We would love to do it all again!
100% Recommend this hotel.

Stunning house set in the heart of a picturesque village, perfect for a special occasion. We were thrilled to bring our dog along too! The location is ideal, with beautiful beaches and scenic walks nearby. The house itself is gorgeous and spacious, with all the supplies you could possibly need. The kitchen is a dream, and the bath is a luxurious touch. The accommodation is comfortable and warm, with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The convenience of having a bedroom and shower room/wetroom on the ground floor was a blessing for my elderly mother. The house is always cozy, even when it's damp outside. The location is EXCELLENT for day trips to the mountains or the city, as well as exploring the local area. The local shops provide plenty of delicious food options, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm. The dishwasher made clean-up a breeze. The house is perfect for a family getaway, with large rooms and comfortable beds. Everything was spotless, and the fresh flowers were a lovely touch. The wood for the fire was a bonus, and the high-quality linen bedding and towels added an extra touch of luxury. a super trip - we would definitely stay here again.

The house was absolutely stunning and had loads of space for everyone. the bedrooms and bathrooms were huge and there was plenty of storage. the location was also great, right in the heart of the village. We were able to enjoy beautiful walks and there were some amazing beaches just a short drive away. Plus, the fact that we could bring our dog along to join in the celebrations was a huge bonus.
There were a couple of things that were disappointing. First, the Christmas tree provided was barely decorated and lacked festive cheer.
